I’m going to show you how to quickly set up your calendars for printing at home.įirst create a new 11 x 8.5 inch document in Photoshop: To print the 5×7 Mini Calendars you have two options:ġ) You can either have them printed at 5×7 by a photo printerĢ) You can print at home on 8.5×11 card stock, two calendars per page. I’m using Wausau Bright White Premium Cardstock which I bought at Target but Epson Premium Presentation Paper Matte is a great option as well. I highly recommend printing on a heavier weight paper like card stock to give your calendars and pocket some extra stability. The printing for the hybrid pocket files are straightforward since they are already on 8.5×11 sheets of paper. Step 5: Print Out Your 5×7 Mini Calendars Now that we’ve customized the back and front the pocket it’s time to print. Since I want my pocket to be white like the card stock, I’m going to hide my background layer so it looks like this. The final step is to customize the background of your back pocket. (Note: If you want to create a title page for your calendar using the title page template, these thumbnails are the same size so just copy and paste.) Continue the process for each of your calendar thumbnails until your background is complete. If there’s any unwanted white or pattern showing, clip your image to the template thumbnail or hide the calendar thumbnail layer in your layers palette. It should be about 1.5″ wide by 1.2″ inches tall, or scaled down by about 30%. Hit Cmd/Ctrl+T to bring up your Tranform Tool and resize your layer down until it matches the size of the thumbnail. Drag the top left corner of the merged layer just over the top left corner of the January thumbnail. Now we’re going to resize the layer we just merged to be the same size as the month thumbnail. You may want to rename the layer so you know which month is which: Next we’re going to drag the merged layers onto our calendar background. Your layer palette should now look like this: Let’s start by adding our calendar thumbnails to the back template.įirst open one of your completed calendar templates in Photoshop and select all of the layers except the calendar and the calendar background layer. The back pocket template looks like this and includes space for thumbnail images of each calendar as well as customizable optional gift tag and directions for assembling your pocket. Now that we have the front cover of our pocket customized, now we’re going to customize the back pocket template. This is where the crop marks come in handy so I’ll know once I print where I need to trim to get the correct pocket size. In my case I would like to leave my pocket the same shade of white as the card stock I plan to print on, so I am going to hide the front cover background layer like so: The next step is to customize the background of the front cover of the pocket. Here is what mine looks like with a green Color Overlay layer style added to the paper accent strip: If you need step-by-step directions on how to do any of these method, see Part 1 of this tutorial here. To do this you can add either a color Fill layer, Color Overlay layer style or clip a digital scrapbooking paper directly to those layers. The first thing you are going to do is customize the paper accent strip and calendar accent tag. The Front Pocket file includes a layered digital template for customizing your pocket as well as optional crop and fold marks to help you assemble your pocket after you print. Let’s start with the Front Pocket file on the right. These two files represent the front and back templates we’re going to use to design a custom paper pocket for holding our 5×7 Mini Calendars. To customize your hybrid packaging, first open up both the front pocket and back pocket templates in your graphics program of choice. With thumbnails of the calendar designs on the back: The finished hybrid packaging creates a pocket that look like this: Once you have the design of your mini calendars completed, the next step is to customize the hybrid calendar gift packaging to match your calendar. Step 4: Customize Your Hybrid Gift Packaging in Photoshop This tutorial assumes your calendars are designed and ready to be printed so if you haven’t done that yet, start with Part 1. In Part 1, I wrote about how to design & customize your mini calendars and in Part 2, I’m going to walk you through printing your mini calendars and customizing and creating your hybrid gift packaging. Woohoo, welcome back to Part 2 of the 2013 How To Create An Awesome Holiday Gift with the Nettio Designs’ 2013 Mini Calendars Templates tutorial.

Further randomized controlled clinical trials are needed to inform clinical decision-making with regard to tenecteplase and the use of intravenous thrombolysis before mechanical thrombectomy in patients with large vessel occlusion.ĩ. Appropriate patient selection and timely treatment are crucial. Intravenous thrombolysis remains a cornerstone of acute stroke management. These guidelines provide further recommendations regarding patient subgroups, late time windows, imaging selection strategies, relative and absolute contraindications to alteplase, and tenecteplase. We also found high quality evidence to recommend intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in patients with acute ischaemic stroke on awakening from sleep, who were last seen well more than 4.5 h earlier, who have MRI DWI-FLAIR mismatch, and for whom mechanical thrombectomy is not planned. We found high quality evidence to recommend intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase to improve functional outcome in patients with acute ischemic stroke within 4.5 h after symptom onset. Expert consensus statements were provided if not enough evidence was available to provide recommendations based on the GRADE approach. The working group identified relevant clinical questions, performed systematic reviews and meta-analyses of the literature, assessed the quality of the available evidence, and wrote recommendations. These guidelines were developed based on the ESO standard operating procedure and followed the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) methodology. These European Stroke Organisation (ESO) guidelines provide evidence-based recommendations to assist physicians in their clinical decisions with regard to intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischaemic stroke. Intravenous thrombolysis is the only approved systemic reperfusion treatment for patients with acute ischaemic stroke. When admins forget to turn on Google Voice for each individual account or accidentally re-assign a phone number, this could cause issues that team members can’t fix on their own. If you’re using Google Voice for Google Workspace, admins actually need to assign each user a Google Voice license before assigning phone numbers (and each number can only be assigned once). Otherwise, there is a pesky situation in which you or your team members may not be able to access Voice through your Google accounts. You can also run into issues if you are trying to have more than one Google Voice number on your phone. Or, you may need to go into your Google Play Store or App Store to update to the latest version of the Voice app. But if you’re running into errors with Google Voice, this could be an internet connection issue. And it's while observing murder victim Claire Kuchever (Paula Patton) that he starts to formulate the idea not to solve the mystery of her death and the ghastly bombing, but to prevent those crimes from ever having taken place, though the projects tech heads Denny (Adam Goldberg) and Gunnars (Elden Henson) have no idea what would happen if they tried to send matter - let alone a human being - through their very arbitrary and irreplaceable wormhole. Indeed, it's higher tech than that: this mysterious operation is actually an honest-to-God time window, and what Doug is watching isn't a record of past events, but the actual events unfolding in real time. Intuiting that the smart money is on trying to solve her murder and not the bombing, Doug is ready to get to good old nuts and bolts policing, when FBI Special Agent Paul Pryzwarra (Val Kilmer) brings him along on a very special task force using high technology to stitch satellite imagery into a video loop that can be explored with unprecedented clarity and versatility, with the caveat that it can only display exactly what happened four days and six hours ago. It's he who finds the evidence proving this was a bomb it's he, too, who discovers that one ravaged corpse in particular was killed long before the explosion, with her body left behind to be wiped out in the devastation, removing evidence of whatever separate crime left her dead. Among the many government agents brought into to figure out what the hell happened - at this point, it's not even clear that it's a crime or accident - we meet Doug Carlin (Denzel Washington) of the ATF, a New Orleans native and savant at reading crime scenes. Taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana, in February, 2006 (that is to say, just under half a year after Katrina devastated the city), Déjà Vu opens with a massive explosion on a ferry that kills more than five hundred innocents, whose deaths are depicted in appallingly tender detail for something that is meant to be horrifying, and it is easily the worst part of the whole picture. Scott's shtick was to make things look like a TV commercial for violent lifestyles, and he was good at it, but that is maybe the worst possible tone to bring to a film seeking to pay any kind of appropriate tribute to two great tragedies. Look at it this way: the year prior, Steven Spielberg brought overt, explicit 9/11 imagery into War of the Worlds, a Tom Cruise action movie about giant alien spaceships blowing things up, and he made it feel legitimate and meaningful, because wrenching the viewer's tenderest heartstrings is what he does - his shtick, you might even say. But it would be even more okay if Déjà Vu wasn't, in fact, a Tony Scott film, since whatever charms that filmmaker has, emotional sincerity is not one of his strengths as a filmmaker. And maybe that's even an okay thing, as such, for it is the privilege of art to help a culture work through its psychological issues. Though you could easily write a plot synopsis without bringing it up, there's no way to sum up the feel of Tony Scott's 2006 time-travel action picture Déjà Vu without noting that it is a pretty straightforward attempt to marry 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina in one all-encompassing delivery system for America's 2000s-era national PTSD. I certainly don't want that to be my final statement on the matter, and this review, though changing little of my thoughts, greatly changes my expression. A re-review: I have mellowed somewhat in my feelings toward Déjà Vu since it was new, but not enough that I'd feel the need to revise anything I said before, except that my original review, however fair or not fair at the time, has become unspeakably tasteless in light of the manner of Scott's death on 19 August, 2012. The adult male has a dark back with a bright yellow throat and black head. The Audubon's Warbler tends to be rather active, typically spotted while catching insects during the warmer months in the year. Seasonal, age, and gender differences Spring The study found that Audubon's warbler and the myrtle warbler share mitochondrial DNA and migratory patterns and northern Audubon's warblers’ nuclear allele frequency and wing span were an average between the Myrtle Warbler and black-fronted warbler while southern Audubon's warblers allele frequency and wing span mimicked the black-fronted warbler. A study done in 2011 concluded that Audubon's warbler is itself the result of hybridization of the myrtle warbler and black-fronted warbler. Intermediate forms of the species can also exist when their breeding ranges overlap like in the hybrid zone in the United States and western Canada. Regionally, these subspecies are differentiated with the Myrtle warbler belonging to the eastern United States and the Audubon's warbler being found in the west. However, in 1973 scientists began to differentiate between them. The Audubon's warbler was originally called the Yellow-Rumped Warbler along with the Myrtle warbler. At present, the American Ornithological Society and Clements considers the myrtle, Audubon's, and Goldman's warbler three subspecies of the yellow-rumped warbler ( Setophaga coronata coronata and Setophaga coronata auduboni, and Setophaga coronata goldmani respectively) while the IOC World Bird List classifies the myrtle warbler, Audubon's, and Goldman's warbler as separate species ( Setophaga coronata, Setophaga auduboni, and Setophaga goldmani). This passerine bird was long known to be closely related to its counterparts Audubon's warbler and myrtle warbler, and at various times the three forms have been classed as either one, two or three species. This change in location coincides with their eating habits. In the fall and winter, however, they migrate to more open, shrubby areas. The Audubon's warbler is most commonly found in coniferous forests, but can also be found in deciduous forests during the spring and summer. These birds are insectivorous, but will readily take berries in winter, when they form small flocks. Audubon's warblers nest in a tree, laying four or five eggs in a cup nest. The breeding habitat is a variety of coniferous and mixed woodland. This form is distinguished from the myrtle warbler by its lack of a whitish eyestripe, its yellow throat, and concolorous cheek patch. The female has a similar pattern, but the back is brown, as are the breast streaks. It has white tail patches, and the breast is streaked black. The summer male Audubon's warbler has a slate blue back, and yellow crown, rump and flank patch. It is migratory, wintering from the southern parts of the breeding range into western Central America. It breeds in much of western Canada, the western United States, and into Mexico. Īudubon's warbler has a westerly distribution. In North America, the discovery of a hybrid zone between the two forms in western Canada led the American Ornithologists' Union in 1973 to recognize them as a single species. The two forms probably diverged when the eastern and western populations were separated in the last ice age. This passerine bird was long known to be closely related to its eastern counterpart, the myrtle warbler, and at various times the two forms have been classed as separate species or grouped as the yellow-rumped warbler, Setophaga coronata. Audubon's warbler ( Setophaga auduboni) is a small bird of the family Parulidae. |
